Review

I'll be giving my review of my first academic year in post this evening at the church meeting. It's been a good year with lots of potential and possiblities for the new year. It's taken a bit of adjustment to get used to working in a very different church and environment to the last few years but on the whole it's been a good year. Hope others this evening agree as it's their first year as well with me (or any youth worker).
