Funding!!!!!!!

So the discussion came yesterday that i have been expecting. When first starting here i knew that there was a limited amount of money and that my job was not sustainable by the congregation here for more than 2-3 years. I had a conversation about this with my line manager last night as we try and look at the position of youth worker here longer term.

Basically we are going to need to start to look at external funding over the next year. Even though i was expecting this reality hit in this morning as i travelled to the office. Loads of different emotions and feelings, need to get my head back into funding mentality and all that comes with that. Anyone with advice?

Anyway have had a look at a couple of avenues, will keep you posted.
