Old Friends

Had a good day yesterday as i met up with my mate Dave Steell (pastor at Church.co.uk). Dave is one of those people who encouraged/mentored me and even gave me a job (well i guess an internship) early on in my youth work career.

I am fortunate to have had a couple of really influencial people in my ministry who have always been honest with me. I guess each of us can point to these people and i thank God for those early days under the leadership, care and guidance of these people.
