Monday again
So the weeks seem to be flying past at an astronomical rate. Woke up feeling alive and somewhat ready to go this morning as the alarm clicked onto talksport. It took my a while to process my morning that involved making 3 phone calls none of which i was looking forward to.
Anyway i thought i'd get these done and out of the way and having done so feel much better. 2 were to do with our flat situation and although things are still frustrating we are moving along. For those of you who pray and read this blog please keep us in your prayers as the person we are buying from seems to be getting a little twitchy due to our slowness, none of which is our fault but is instead due to many broken promises and incompetance.
Having said all of that, the weekend ended up being quite a nice time. Here it is in bullets:
- We won in a penalty shoot out in out cup match on Sat (i scored in the shoot-out)
- Tottenham won against Man City (come on your spurs)
- William's birthday was cool, much playing with Thomas trains
- Had a good time with young people at church on Sunday. They have become so much closer as a group and our times together have become much better as a result.
- Lunch with Paul and Sue (back from Venezuela) and others from church at a good chinese.
- Arsenal lose to Man United which keeps spurs in race for 4th place and a champions league place.
- Packing up the flat more, stuff everwhere.
