The week that has been
Starting to get my head sorted out after a manic week. We had 16 young people involved in the World Vision 24 Hour Famine from Friday - Sat night. We slept in the church building and had fun doing various different activties to take our mind off of food. It was great to have someone from our church come and talk about Sierra Leone (who we was raising money for). This guy works for a number of different aid agencies and it was really inspiring.
I was then leading and preaching at church on Sunday morning. Badly ran out of time as we started to look at the Red Sea parting and exodus.
This week is looking a lot more normal apart from a whole batch of evenings out (apart from tonight which means that i will catch the football).
I have been experimenting with the header on the blog. Haven't quite got the sizes right yet but at least it's a bit more interesting.

Hey Lewis
Is the person based in Sierra Leone?? My mate is about to go out there for a year to work as a government advisor and I am sure that she would appreciate names of peopel based out there already.
No unfortunately not. He has been out there twice but does crisis work so is generally only in places short term.
