Deadline Day

Today is that exciting day for football fans, transfer deadline day when all players who are going to change clubs must do so before midnight. My club Spurs seem to always be busy on this day and have made transfers with only minutes to spare.

So far we have signed Steed Malbranque from Fulham and are being linked with planty of others. I wonder if we'll see any other action.

Just a hint Martin (Jol) as i'm sure he often comes past here, a right back and a centre back. No more midfield players!

UPDATE!

In the space of time it's taken me to cycle from my office to home it seems like we will be signing Pascal Chimbonda from Wigan. It's been in the wings for a while and now seems like it will happen. Good to see Martin is taking my advice. There is our full back, now for our centre back?
