We will remember them

This picture shows barbed wire and poppies as well as faces and places caught up or affected by war. Never has there been such polar opposites of a delicate flower acught up in sharp barbed wire.







Yesterday during our morning service we stood and remembered the horrific affects of war and those caught up in it.

We were reminded of places of conflict at home and abroad. We were also asked to sign our names up on a flip chart to commit to God to be people of peace. It was a moving experience to see both young and old, church members and visitors lining up to make this commitment.
