Justice

Got a letter yesterday telling me that my parking ticket from last week has been rescinded, yey. That means we have a little extra money for our holiday at centre parc's next week.

Had a fantastic time at our discipleship group 'explore' last night. We are using the nooma dvd's as a base for it and doing some creative/discussion stuff. We were thinking about forgiveness last night. In my brief input i talked about forgiveness as being a 2 sided practice. Looking at the Lord's prayer we spoke about the fact that it says Forgive us our sins, as we forgive others who sin against us.

We also looked at the question of, do we trust God enough no to take revenge upon people? We used Proverbs 15:3 which tells us that God see everything. It was quite challenging for both the young people and leaders present.
