Vision in meetings
I have had a week that has been jammed packed full of meetings. A lot of them have been good as we have explored various visions for the future of a number of different projects. I wouldn't call myself a real visionary (although I do have my moments). I am more of a pragmatist or strategist. It has been fun at times in my life and frustrating at others to work with visionaries. These people are so important but can be infuriating as I'm sure I can be.

I don't know. I think true visionaries don't simply voice ideas but rather follow them no matter. From my experience, they are terribly alone... because they see what nobody else does... and for them it is real... it isn't vision...
If that is the case, I can see how one could bump heads with these guys...
When it comes down to it, a visionary blessed with pragmatism can really upset people... because he/she isn't just going to voice this fluff, she's going to force everybody else to do the same... no matter the cost.
Or something like that???
