Excited about God?

I must just flag up a video clip that Pete used at the LBA Youth Workers away day on Mon. Have a look at this link. Very funny and will definately be making an appearance at our volunteers meeting.

Things are sort of starting to wind down. I love the summer and can't quite understand everybodies complaints about it being 'too hot'. I also love the summer holidays in youth work. The chance to speak at camps, the break from the routine and do some different youth work i find refreshing (we are painting a room in the church next week) and of course the chance to have a holiday.

I am desperately trying to book in some time to go away and have some personal retreat time as well as making time to evaluate my second year here and look to doing some planning for the next.

And by the way this is my 300th post!
